How we are working to keep you and our team safe

“Now we are in our third national lockdown, we want to reassure our clients and friends that we continue to monitor and follow UK Government Covid-19 guidelines, to make sure our team, clients and the wider community are safe and that we continue to provide high levels of client service.   

Most of our team is working remotely with meetings taking place on the telephone or virtually. The offices are currently closed but we continue to operate a Covid-19 secure working environment for the limited staff and visitors we have on site. Further information below details the measures we have in place to reduce the risk of Covid-19 for our staff and clients.

Meetings: Most meetings are now virtual, via Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Skype or FaceTime, or by phone. We will set up these meetings and provide you with information on how to connect safely.

Our offices: Our offices are closed in line with government guidance.  Our switchboards are staffed full time.  We will work with you virtually and ask that you do not visit our offices.  Suppliers and contractors must contact our Facilities Manager to arrange an authorised visit.

Keeping you updated: We continue to be in regular contact (virtually or by telephone) with clients to update them with the progress of their matter. We have paused our events programme but continue to provide regular updates on our website and run webinars where suitable.

Post and dropping off documents: If you need to hand deliver hardcopy documents to our offices, please mark clearly who they are for and post through the letterbox. We will agree with you how original documents will be returned to you and this will usually be by recorded post. Post and deliveries to our offices continue to be regularly checked and dealt with.

Signing and witnessing documents: This is now taking place remotely and we will provide instructions on how this needs to be completed.

Home visits: Due to current restrictions home visits are not currently available. Please call 01727 837161 or email if you have difficulties accessing our services or need support communicating with us.
